Parent Organisation Goals

There can often be considerable frustration in aligning the Joint Venture, or Alliance, goals with those of the parent organisation. The people within the venture may be operating a s a cohesive aligned unit, but find themselves at odds with some of the ways of working within parent organisations. Individual Performance

This tends to present the HR managers with a bit of a challenge. As each individual continues to be employed by their parent organisation, they are often required to continue to use the performance management systems of that organisation. This can create environments where different team members are using different processes. Another challenge in this area is that team members are often managed by individuals from other parent organisations. In our experience, businesses have found different approaches to managing this.
