360º Feedback

As all individuals are unique, they each have their own unique set of development needs. 360 feedback gives bespoke insight into each individual's needs, going one step further than the generic solutions which are often experienced.

360 degree feedback draws together the views of an individual’s manager, peers and direct reports to produce a combined review of performance, these systems can provide valuable unique insight for personal development planning.
